1. B2B Nature of Business & Account

Our platform is strictly for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions and wholesale purposes.

• You must be a registered business entity to place wholesale orders.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including a valid GSTIN and Company Name.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Orders, Quotations & Pricing

Placing an enquiry or order implies your intent to purchase subject to our final confirmation.

• Quotations: Prices provided in quotes are valid for a limited timeframe as specified in the quotation.
• Pricing: All prices are wholesale. Taxes (GST) and shipping charges are calculated additionally unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders if items are out of stock.

3. Payments

We strive to make B2B payments secure and straightforward.

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (e.g., Advance Payment, against Proforma Invoice, or approved Credit Terms).
• Dispatch of goods will only commence once the required payment or confirmation has been received.
• Any delay in payments may result in order cancellation or holding of the dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We coordinate with third-party logistics to ensure timely delivery of your bulk orders.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by transporters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the transport/courier company (FOB Origin), unless agreed otherwise.

5. Returns & Replacements

As a B2B platform, we operate on strict wholesale policies regarding returns:

• Manufacturing Defects Only: Returns or replacements are strictly limited to items with verified manufacturing defects.
• No Liability for Transit Damage: We are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or breakage that occurs during transport. Once goods are handed over to the courier or transport service, the risk transfers entirely to the buyer.
• You must notify us of any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, accompanied by unboxing videos or valid proof.

6. Limitation of Liability

Relites shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business interruptions arising out of the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
